Landlord Fee Finder

What landlord apps really cost: for you and for your tenant

Landlord Fee Finder is for small landlords with 1–10 units. For each rent-collection and screening app, we list the subscription fee, the fee your tenant pays per rent payment, screening costs, and who pays each one. Tables come first. Opinions come last.

How we check fees

  1. We read each vendor's own public pricing page or FAQ.
  2. Next to every number we link that source and write "checked YYYY-MM-DD".
  3. If we can't confirm a number on a vendor page, we mark it unverified — check source. We never guess.
  4. We re-check pages on a schedule, and the date shown is the date of the last check.
